Our RIDERS
CHRIS LANDROCK
Our story began in Palomino, Colombia where the Sierra Nevada meets Tayrona National Park. Palomino offers mountains, jungle, waterfalls, rivers, beach, ocean, and of course…waves. While surfing is popular in Palomino, few people are making boards there. So, the natural question was, “why don’t we make a surfboard?”.
The problem is that they usually use foam to make boards and foam is terrible for the environment. If we are going to surf and enjoy the gifts of nature, then shouldn’t we surf in an eco-friendly way? So, the next question became, “can we make a wooden surfboard?”.
